About
Built on Partnership
Two companies. One shared commitment to building homes that last.
Our Story
Lilac Development Design was founded on a simple belief: that residential construction should be done with integrity at every stage — from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. Since 2006, we have been delivering custom homes and renovations across Alberta that reflect the vision of the people who live in them.
Our work is carried out in close partnership with Houses by Fabio, a trusted name in residential construction with deep roots in the trade. Together, we bring a combined depth of experience that spans custom new builds, full-scale renovations, garage and garden suites, and everything in between.
We are not a volume builder. We take on projects where the details matter and where a long-term relationship with our clients is part of the process. Every home we build carries the weight of that responsibility.
What We Stand For
Integrity
We say what we mean and build what we promise. No shortcuts, no surprises.
Craftsmanship
Every detail is considered. The quality of our work is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Collaboration
Your home is your vision. We are here to make it real, not to impose our own.
Longevity
We build for the long term — structures that hold up, and relationships that do too.
